Terms and Conditions of Sale
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “T&Cs”) govern the sale of products and services offered by Steve Lauzon – Loz Hockey, a sole proprietor, whose principal place of business is located in L’Ange-Gardien, Quebec, Canada.
Any order placed implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.
1. Business Identification

2. Products and Services Offered
Loz Hockey offers, among other things:
- Pre-recorded online training programs
- Coaching and one-on-one support services
- Downloadable digital products (PDFs, templates, digital tools, etc.)
- A multi-platform coaching application. The multi-platform application is an online service accessible by subscription, providing access to evolving tools, content, and features.
Access to products and services is provided immediately after payment confirmation, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
3. Order and Access
Once payment has been validated:
- The client receives immediate access to the purchased content (training platform, download link, tool).
- The client is responsible for providing a valid email address in order to receive access.
- Unless otherwise stated, access to products and services is granted for a reasonable period or as long as the service is offered by Loz Hockey.
- No physical delivery is made.
In the case of the multi-platform application, access is conditional upon an active subscription. The client is responsible for their login credentials and for maintaining the confidentiality of their account.
Any use of the account by a third party, with or without authorization, remains the responsibility of the client.
4. Pricing and Payment Terms
Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD), unless otherwise stated.
4.1 Payment Methods
- One-time payment
- Payment in installments (when offered)
- Payment via monthly or annual subscription
4.2 Installment Payments
In the case of installment payments:
- The commitment covers the full amount, even if the client stops using the service.
- In the event of a failed payment, Loz Hockey will contact the client.
- Without response or resolution within a reasonable timeframe, access may be suspended until the situation is resolved.
- The client authorizes Loz Hockey to automatically charge the amounts due according to the agreed schedule.
4.3 Application Subscription
The application subscription is billed on a monthly or annual basis depending on the client’s choice. The subscription is automatically renewed at each billing period unless cancelled by the client before the renewal date.
The client may cancel their subscription at any time. Access remains active until the end of the paid period, without refund. No refund will be issued for automatic renewals, unless required by law.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 General Principle
Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access, no refunds are guaranteed, except in the cases expressly provided below. In accordance with applicable laws, the client acknowledges that they waive their right of withdrawal once access to the digital product has been provided immediately after purchase.
5.2 Partial Refund Under Conditions (training programs only)
A refund may be granted within 7 days of purchase only if:
- No access to the training has been initiated (no progress, no viewing, no downloading of content).
5.3 No Refund
No refunds will be granted for:
- Digital products with immediate access (e.g., tools, PDFs, templates)
- Products already accessed, downloaded, or used
- Bonuses offered
- Installment payments already initiated
- Multi-platform application subscriptions once activated
6. Liability and No Guarantee of Results
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
- Loz Hockey does not guarantee any specific results.
- Results depend on many external factors (commitment, consistency, skills, client decisions).
- The client remains fully responsible for their decisions, actions, results, and the use they make of the information provided.
Loz Hockey does not guarantee uninterrupted or continuous access to the application. Temporary interruptions may occur for technical reasons, maintenance, or circumstances beyond its control.
Under no circumstances shall Loz Hockey be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the application.
7. Access, Use, and Intellectual Property
All content (videos, texts, PDFs, tools, educational materials) is protected by intellectual property laws.
It is strictly prohibited to:
- Share, resell, or distribute the content
- Transfer or lend access to a third party, unless authorized by Loz Hockey
- Reproduce or exploit the content without prior written authorization
Access is personal, individual, and non-transferable. In the event of abuse or non-compliance, Loz Hockey reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund.
In the context of using the application, the client agrees not to disrupt the operation of the service or attempt to access it in an unauthorized manner. The client also agrees not to use the application content for commercial, competitive, or redistribution purposes.
8. Suspension or Termination
Loz Hockey reserves the right to suspend or terminate a client’s access in the event of:
- Non-compliance with these T&Cs
- Failure to make payment
- Abusive or fraudulent use of content
Loz Hockey reserves the right to modify, improve, or remove any product, service, or content without prior notice, while respecting commitments already made to clients.
Loz Hockey also reserves the right to suspend access to the application in the event of misuse, attempted intrusion, or violation of usage conditions.
In the event of suspension or termination, no refund or compensation will be provided.
9. Personal Data
Personal data is used solely within the framework of the commercial relationship and is never resold.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec (Canada).
Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district of Gatineau, Quebec.
11. Acceptance
By making a purchase, the client acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions of Sale without reservation.
